1 In the Name of God Amen

2 I Richard Evans of Llyest in the parish of Tref Eglwys in
3 the County of Montgomery and Diocese of Bangor being sick of
4 Body, but of perfect Mind and Memory, Thanks be to God for
5 the same, do make this my last Will and Testament in Manner
6 and form following that is to say
7 First, I give and bequeat unto my Eldest Son Richard Evans, the
8 full Sum of Ten pounds to be paid unto him by my Executrix
9 (whom I shall hereafter name) Twelve Months after my Decease
10 the said sum to be raise and levied out of my personal Estate
11 All the Rest of my Goods, Money and Effects, by together with
12 all my personal Estate, and whatsoever besides belong to me by
13 Claim or Title, I give, demise and dequeat unto Elizabeth my
14 beloved Wife during the Term of her natural Life her my
15 said Wife Elizabeth, I nominate and appoint, sole Executrix of
16 this my last Will and Testament
17 Also, after the Decease of Elizabeth my Wife, I order and constitute
18 that all my personal Estate Buildings and Houses, must and shall
19 be then, the right and true property of him my said Son Richard Evans
20 the same to become to him my said son Richard Evans and to his Heirs
21 and assigns forever I also order my son Richard Evans, that
22 immediately after he will be prossesor or owner of my said Estate and
23 premises, he must and shall pay or cause to be paid unto my Four Sons,
24 Charles John, Evan and Thomas each the Sum of Ten pounds
25 I also order my said Son Richard Evans, to pay in like Manner unto my
26 Two Daughters, Elizabeth and Mary, the like Sum of Ten pounds each
27 the same to be raised and levied out of my personal Estate
28 I do further order constitute that my said Wife Elizabeth shall not raise
29 or levy out or from My Estate, any Sum or Sums but that which I mentioned
30 above

31 I do hereby constitute allow, and ordain, this to be my last
32 Will and Testament, and I disallow and revoke all other Wills made
33 by me as heretofor, in witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and
34 Seal this Twenty Ninth day of September in the year of our Lord
35 One Thousand Eight Hundred and Nine

50 of the goods Chattels and Credits of the said
51 deceased do not amount in value to
52 Twenty Pounds
