1 In the name of God, Amen
2 I Thomas Issard grocer, in the parish of Trefeglwys
3 and in the County of Montgomery and Diocese of Bangor, being
4 very sick and weak of Body, but of a sound mind and good
5 memory thanks be to God, do make this my last will and testament
6 in the manner and form following – as touching such wordly
7 estate when with it hath pleased God to bless me in this world, I do
8 hereby give and bequeath, to Sarah my dearly beloved wife, all and
9 singular my Lands, Messuages and tenements by her freely to be possed
10 and enjoyed, and I do likewise ordain and authorise her to use her
11 discretionary power in the dividing of my before mentioned estate – my land
12 messuages and tenements all Singular among my well beloved children whenever
13 she may think proper – And I do utterly disallow, revoke, and disannul
14 all and every other former wills by m e in any ways, willed, satisfying and confirm
15 ing this and no other to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof
16 I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 17th day of June 1817.
