1 In the Name of God Amen_ I Ann Mills of
2 Wern in the Parish of Trefeglwys in the County of
3 Montgomery and Dioces of Bangor_ Being sick of
4 Body but of perfect mind memory and understanding
5 Thanks be to God for the same Do make this my last
6 Will and Testament in manner and form following (that
7 is to say) First I give demise and bequeath unto my
8 son James Mills the full sum of Forty pounds besides
9 the Forty pounds which was left to him by my Husband’s
10 last Will and Also I give unto my said son James Mills
11 my Bed which I now lie upon the Bed Bedstead and all
12 its furniture must be the true Articles of him my said
13 son James Mills immediately after my decease
14 I also give demise and bequeath unto my grand Children
15 of John Lloyd and Ann Lloyd my daughter who is now deceased
16 instead of the Twenty pounds which was left to my said daughter
17 Ann Lloyd in my Husband Giles Mills‘s last Will she afore
18 named sum of Twenty One pounds ot be equally divided
19 among them in the following manner (that is to say)
20 The sum of seven pounds to be paid to John Lloyd son of
21 the afore named John Lloyd and Ann my Daughter the said
22 sum of seven pounds to be paid to him by my Executor when
23 he come to the Age of Twenty five years of Age
24 likewise I give and bequeath unto David Lloyd the like
25 sum of seven pounds the same to be paid unto him by
26 my Executor when he come to the age of Twenty five years
27 likewise I give and bequeath unto Thomas Lloyd the
28 like sum of seven pounds to be paid unto him by my Exec[utor]
29 when he come to the age of Twenty five years

30 All the Rest or remaining part of my goods Chattles
31 and Effects I give, and bequeth unto my son Edward Mills
32 (after paying the legacies before Mentioned unto my son
33 James Mills and Grand Children as before named)
34 whome I constitute and ordain sole Executor of this my
35 last Will and Testament, [crossed out: disanulling] disallowing and
36 revoking all other Wills made by me as heretofore
37 In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and
38 seal, this Twenty first day of April One thousand eight
39 Hundred and Nineteen
40 N.B. the word disannulling was crossed out before this was
41 signed and sealed

48 On the 3rd day of July, in the year of our Lord 1832. the above
49 written Will was insinuated, proved, approved, and in common
50 form of Law decreed Valid, and administration granted to
51 the above named Executor Edward Mills, he being first
52 sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of
53 the Goods, Chattels, and credits of the said deceased do
54 not amount in Value to one hundred Pounds
