1 In the Name of God. Amen.

2 I Giles Mills of Pwll-glas, in the parish of Tref Eglwys,
3 in the County of Montgomery; and Diocese of Bangor
4 being in perfect Health, Mind and Memory – Thanks be to
5 God for the Same – do make this my last Will and Testament
6 in Manner and Form following – that is to say –

7 All my Goods, Chattels and Credits – Money, Bills,
8 and Bonds, and all that which belongs and appertains to me,
9 by Right and Title, Claim or Demand, I give, bequeath, and
10 demise, unto Margaret my beloved wife, all that which I
11 have mentioned above, is to be her own immediately after after
12 my Decease – and I do hereby authorise her with power, to
13 sell, give, or keep the same – or give bequeath, or demise them, by
14 Will, or otherwise, according to her own pleasure – I do likewise
15 nominate, constitute and ordain, my said Wife Margaret, to be
16 sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament – and I do
17 herein disannul, and make void all other Wills and Testaments
18 made by me as heretofore; and allow and own this, to be my real
19 and last Will and Testament – In witness to the same, I have
20 hereunto set my Hand and Seal, this Fourth Day of April,
21 in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eleven.

28 On the thirtieth Day of January in the
29 Year of our Lord 1818 the within written Will
30 was insinuated, proved, approved and in
31 in common form of Law decreed valid, and
32 administration granted to the within named
33 Executrix Margaret Mills she being first
34 sworn in common form of Law, and that
35 the whole of the Goods, Chattels, and Credits
36 of the said Deceased do not amount in
37 value to three hundred Pounds
