1 In the name of God Amen I David Evans
2 of Tymawr in the Parish of Trefeglwys and County
3 of Montgomery. Farmer. being sick in Body
4 but of sound mind and disposed memory and
5 understanding praised be God for the same
6 do make this my last Will and Testament in
7 manner and form Following that is to say
8 First I order my Executors hereafter named
9 to pay all my debts. Funeral Expenses and
10 the proving of this my Will
11 I likewise give and bequeath unto my Daughter
12 Mary the Sum of Ten Shillings to be paid unto
13 her by my Executors at the expiration of
14 Twelve Months after my decease
15 I likewise give and bequeath unto my Daughter
16 Sarah the sum of Ten Shillings to be paid
17 unto her by my Executors at the expiration of
18 Twelve Months after my decease
19 I likewise give and bequeath unto my Daughter
20 Catherine the Sum of Ten Shillings to be paid
21 unto her by my Executors at the expiration of
22 Twelve Months after my decease
23 I likewise Give and bequeath unto my wife Margaret
24 Evans and my son in law Simon Evans Jointly
25 all the rest residue and remainder of my
26 Money. Bills. Bonds. Goods Chattels and
27 Credits and whatsoever besides which

28 belong or appertain to me by claim or Fettle
29 and further I do appoint constitute and
30 ordain my wife Margaret Evans and my son in
31 law Simon Evans Jointly to be my Sole Executors
32 of this my last Will and Testament and I do
33 disannul and make Void all other Will or
34 Wills made by me as heretofore and allow
35 this to be my only and last Will and Testament
36 in witness to the same I have hereunto set
37 my hand and seal this Twenty second day
38 of September one Thousand Eight Hundred
39 and Thirty Five

51 the above written will was insinuate proved, approved and
52 in common form of law decreed valid and administration
53 granted to the above named Executrix and Executor Margaret
54 Evans and Simon Evans they being first sworn in the Law
55 directs and that the whole of the goods Chattels and Credits of
56 the said deceased do not amount in value to three hundred Pounds
