1 In the Name of God Amen, the Twenty first day
2 of May 1826, I Evan Evans Farmer at Bwlchywern in
3 in the Parish of Tref-Eglwys in the County of Montgomery
4 and Diocese of Bangor. Although labouring at present
5 under some indisposition of body, yet being of sound
6 and disposing mind memory and understand-
7 ing through the mercy of god, do (to avoid all controveries
8 and disputes after my decease) make and ordain this my
9 last will and Testament, in manner and form following,
10 that is to say – First – I give and bequeath unto my
11 son Evan the sum of One Pound, also I give and
12 bequeath unto my son Edward, the sum of One Pound
13 share and share alike also, I give and bequeath unto
14 my son Richard, the sum of One Pound, I give and
15 bequeath unto my Daughter Mary the sum of
16 Ten Pounds, and the spinning Jenny and a bedsted.
17 and Clothes what belongs to me also I give and bequeath
18 unto my Daughter Elizabeth, the sume of Ten Pounds,
19 and the beast loom, together with a Beadstead and
20 clothes what are belongs to it. and Lastly, as to all
21 the reast and remainder of my Personal Estate
22 goods chattels, and chattels of whatsoever kind or
23 nature soever, I give and bequeath the same unto
24 my Beloved wife Mary, and my son David, whome I
25 appoint my sole Executors, Jointly and severally
26 of this my last will and Testament, and I do hurby
27 revoke all other will, or wills by me in any way
28 formely made and declare this only to be my Last

46 the within written will was insuinated, proved, approved
47 and in common form of Law decreed Valid, and adminis-
48 -ation granted to the within named Executors Mary Evans
49 and David Evans they beig first sworn in common form
50 of Law and that the whole of the Goods, Chattels and credits
51 of the said decease do not amount in value to one
52 hundred Pounds
