1 I Nemo rad.u that I Roger Owen of the parish of
2 Trevegloes and County of Montgomery died on or about the
3 sixe and twentieth day of January Anno dom 1664
4 with an intent to gettle and dispose of his estate make
5 and declare his Last will and Testament as followeth
6 or the Like in effort viz.
7 Inprimis hee bequeathed his soule to god and redeemed
8 Jesus christ and his body to be buried in Christian
9 buriall revoke it please god Item hee bequeathed
10 and gave to his son Humphrey two paire of Lu…s with
11 Chears and furniture thereinto longing also he gavie
12 to his Son Humphrey one foure yeare ould mare
13 also he bequeathed to his son Edward one summe
14 also he gave and bequeathed to his daughter Mary one
15 heifer, Also hee gave and bequeathed to his daughter
16 Bridgett one heifer, also he gave, bequeathed to
17 his two daughters Mary and Bridget Hall the household
18 stuffe, after the executrix decease equally to be
19 divided bet… them both
20 Lastly hee did constitute and appointe his welle beloved
21 wife to be full and sole executrix of this his last
22 will and testament which words or the like in effect
23 none affored and …en in the presence and hearinge of
