1 In the Name of God Amen.
2 I Sarah Morris of Nantyrhafod in the Parish of
3 Trefeglwys in the County of Montgomery. Widow. being of
4 sound mind memory and understanding. Do make this
5 my last Will and Testament in manner and form following
6 (that is to say) First I Give and bequeath unto my Son in
7 Law John Davies of Grois in the Parish of Llandinam the sum
8 of five Pounds. I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Sarah
9 Widow of the Late Edward Bennett the sum of five Pounds, I
10 Give and bequeath unto my Daughter Ann Evans the sum
11 of five Pounds. I Give and bequeath unto my Daughter
12 Hannah wife of Evan Evans the sum of five Pounds. I Give
13 and bequeath unto my Son Thomas Morris the sum of five
14 Pounds. I Give and bequeath unto my son Lewis Morris the
15 sum of Twenty Pounds. Also I Give and bequeath unto my
16 son David Morris the sum of one Hundred Pounds which
17 are now on Interest in the Lands of Lewis Morris my son to
18 gether with Interest and arrears of Interest if any should be due
19 at the time of my Decease. As to the rest and residuary
20 my present and personal Estate of what quality so ever and
21 where so ever after payment of all my just Debts Funeral
22 Expenses and the above Legacy. I Give and bequeath the same
23 unto my Son David Morris upon condition that he maint
24 ainsme with Board and Lodgings During my natural life.
25 or in case we cannot agree together, and if it shoulld
26 become my wish to live as where then that he should
27 allow me the sum of seven Pounds a year annually towards
28 my maintenance and I do hereby nominate and appoint my
29 said Son David Morris Sole Executor of this my last Will
30 and Testament Hereby revoking and making Void all and

33 ever former Will or wills by me heretofore made and
34 confirming to be my last Will and Testament. In Witness
35 whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this first
36 day of June one Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Three.

50 Eight Hundred and Forty Seven the above Will was insinauted, proved,
51 approved, and in common form of law decreed valid, and administration
52 granted to the within named Executor, David Morris, he being first sworn
53 in common form of law, and that the whole of the goods, chattels, and
54 credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to Three
55 Hundred Pounds
