1 In the name of God Amen I Margaret Mills of Pwllglas in
2 in Parish of Trefeglwys and county of Montgomery, Widow am poorly in health,
3 but of sound mind and memory Do Make this my last Will and Testament
4 in the following manner and Form, I order first that all my funeral expenses
5 and my Debts to be ppaid out of my personal Estate and property by my Executor hereafter
6 named I order and bequeath estate so those beloved children of
7 mine who are married and left me, one shilling each as they have already had.
8 Also I order and bequeath to my Grand son John Woolley a bed furnished
9 Also I order and bequeath to my Neice Elizabeth Tudor the sum of twenty
10 Pounds and a bed furnished and the chest in the furthest room. Also
11 I give and bequeath to my beloved son David Mills all my personal
12 Estate and Property in and out of Doors to be possessed and enjoyed
13 by him subject however to the maintenance of his Brother Thomas Mills who
14 is disabled. I order and bequeath that my beloved son Thomas Mills be
15 respectively kept and maintained, as long as he lives a single Life by his
16 Brother David Mills his Executors or assigns and I do constitute
17 and ordain my beloved son David Mills my Executor of this last Will and
18 and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
19 and seal this ninth Day of September one thousand Eight hundred and thirty nine
20 Margaret Mills her mark X and seal
21 Signed sealed and declared by the above named Margaret Mills as and
22 for her last will and Testament in the presence of us who ot the request and
23 in the presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our
24 names as witnesses thereto

27 On the Twenty Sixth day of January in the Year of our Lord
28 1841, the within written Will was insinuated, proved,
29 approved, and in common form of law decreed valid,
30 and Administration granted to the written named
31 Executor, David Mills, he being first sworn in
32 common form of law, and that the whole of the
33 goods, chattels, and credits of the said deceased
34 do not amount in value to £450,
35 before me
