1 This is the last Will and Testament of me
2 Thomas Jones of Tynyrwtra in the parish of Trefeg-
3 -lwys County of Montgomery, First I give and bequeath unto
4 my eldest son Thomas the sum of One pounds
5 All the Rest of my property whatever I give and bequeath unto
6 my Dear Beloved Wife Sarah, whome I likewise constitute
7 and appoint Sole Executor of this my last will and Testament
8 But in case that she shall be Married to another Husband
9 she are not to have but Twenty pounds onley, and all the
10 Remainder of my property are to be Divided unto Seven Equal
11 Shares between my Seven Children via Martha John Sarah
12 Hanah Daniel David and Morris, In witness whereof I have
13 hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty third Day of
14 May. One thousant Eight hundred and Twenty Eight

26 On the 8th Day of March, in the year of our Lord
27 1829 the within written will was insinuated, proved
28 approved, and in common form of Law decreed
29 valid, and administration granted to the within
30 named Executrix Sarah Jones, the being first proven
31 in common form of Law, and that the whole of
32 the Goods, Chattels, and Credits of the said deceased do
33 not amount in value to three hundred pounds,
