1 In the Name of God Amen

2 I William Edwards of Dieagg in the parish of Tref Eglwys
3 in the County of Montgomery, and Diocese of Bangor – being sick
4 of Body, but of perfect Mind and Memory – Thanks be to God for
5 the Same – do make this my last Will and Testament, in Manner
6 and Form following that is to say

7 First I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Jane Haynes,
8 the Sum of one Shilling

9 I likewise give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Tibbot,
10 the Sum of one Shilling

11 I likewise give and bequeath unto my Son William Edwards, the
12 Sum of one Shilling

13 I likewise give and bequeath unto my Son Evan Edwards, the Sum
14 of Two opounds – The said Sum to be paid to them, by my Executurixes,
15 whom I shall hereafter name

16 I hope and devise, that my Executrixes will nowish and maintain, my
17 Grand daughter (Elizabeth Tibbott) in a proper Manner, awarding to their
18 Consciences and Ability

19 All the Rest, and Remainder of my Money, Bills and Bonds, Goods
20 Chattels and Credits, and whatsoever belongs or appertains to me, by Right,
21 Claim or Title, I give bequeath, and Devise unto my Daughter Ann Edwards
22 and my Daughter Mary Edwards – my said Money, Bills Bonds Goods Chattels
23 and Credits must and shall, be equally among and between my said Two
24 Daughters, Ann and Mary – when I appoint constitute and ordain, joint
25 Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament And I do hereby diannul, and
26 make void all other Wills made by me, as heretofore, and allow this to be my only
27 and last Will and Testament In Witness to the Same, I have hereunto set my
28 Hand and Seal this fifteenth Day of April, In the year of our Lord one Thousand
29 eight Hundred and eleven

45 do not amount in Vallue to one hundred Pounds
