1 This 25th Day of December in the year of our Lord 1754
2 I David William of the parish of Trefeglwys in the County of
3 Montgomery in a sense of mortality being sick and weak in
4 body Butt perfect mind and memory Thank be to God
5 Therefors Do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament
6 In manner and form following that is to sat first of Bequeast
7 my soul into the hand of Almighty God my Creator and the this Christ
8 my Reedeemer and my Body to be Decently buried at the discre[tion]
9 of my Executor hereafter nominaterd and as touching such
10 wordly estate werewith as hath pleased Almighty God
11 to bless me in this life I Give and Dissolve the same in manner
12 and form following first I Give and Bequeath unto my sister
13 Sarah Bennett the sum of Tenn Shillings also to give and bequeath William Bennett my nephew
14 five shillings I give and bequeath unto Margarett the wiffe of Da[vid?]
15 Humphrey tenn shillings I give and bequeath unto my nephew
16 Abraham P.eatt [Pre/Par?] tenn shillings and long best coat I give and
17 bequeath unto my neice Mary Goodwin Tenn Shillings I give and
18 bequeath unto my niece Ann William Tenn Shillings I give and bequeath
19 unto my niece Sarah William Tenn Shillings I give and
20 bequeath unto the children of Edward Powel Tenn Shillings to be
21 equally decided between them also I give and bequeath iunto
22 my nephew William John the Sume of Five pounds.

25 house keeper upon condition that she would pay all my Debts
26 Legacies and Funeral Expenses whom I make and ordain
