1 In the name of God Amen. I David Lloyd
2 of the Parish of Tref-Eglwys [interlined: three words] County of Montgomery and Diocese of
3 Bangor being sick and weak in body but of
4 full and perfect memory praised be god and
5 calling to mind the mortality of my body and that
6 itt is appointed for all men once to die do make
7 and ordain this my last will and testament that
8 is to say cheefly and first of all I command my
9 soul unto the hands of Almighty god that gave itt
10 and my body to be decently Intered att the discretion
11 of my Executrix and as for such worldly goods as
12 it hath pleasd god to bless me I do give and bequeath
13 in manner and form following

14 Imprimis I give and bequeth unto my son David the
15 sum on one shilling

16 I give and bequeth unto my daughter Mary the
17 sum of sixty pounds

18 I give and bequeth unto my Daughter Hester
19 the sum of thirty pounds

20 I give and bequeth unto my Daughter Anne
21 the sum of thirty pounds

22 I give and bequeth unto my brother Edward Lloyd
23 the sum of five pounds

24 I give and bequeth unto my sister Mary Lloyd
25 the sum of five pounds

26 My will is that if my son David shall die without
27 issue that the full portion of my daughter Mary
28 shall be equally divided between my two youngest
29 Daughters

30 My will is that the portion of my [interlined one word:] two youngest
31 Daughter, shall bear interest when they are twelve
32 years of age but not due unto them untill they
33 are the full age of Twenty One

34 All the Rest of my goods I give and bequeth unto my
35 well beloved wife Mary Lloyd whom I do nominate

37 will and Testament and do herby disalow and
38 deny all other wills by one or for me ther made
39 In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my
40 hand and seal this Twenty ninth day of April
