Will: William JONES, 1802


1 In the Name of God Amen: I William Jones of the Parish of
2 Trefeglwys and County of Montgomery and Diocese of Bangor
3 Widower. Do make, institute, and ordain this my last Will and
4 Testament in Manner and Form following viz. I order my Executors
5 herein after named jointly to pay all my Debts and Funeral Expenses
6 Also I give nad bequeath unto my Grandson William Jones, Son of
7 John Jones by Hannah his Wife, the sum of Five Pounds, to be paid him
8 by my Executors. I also give and bequeath unto my son William Jones
9 and my son in law John Jones, all the Rest of my Goods, Stock, Effects,
10 and Money due to me by Bills, Bonds Notes, or whatsoever other
11 Right Claim, or Title to be equally and fairly divided between, among,
12 for and to the Use of the said William Jones, and John Jones, whom
13 I also ordain and appoint Joint Executors of this my last Will and
14 Testament. I also charge and order the said John Jones shall not give
15 nor bequeath to any but to my Daughter Hannah Jones any Money nor
16 goods which I bequeathed unto him in this my last Will and Testament
17 abbrogating disannulling and making void all other former Wills and
18 Testaments made or ordained heretofore by me. Ratifying confirming
19 and declaring this, and no other to be, remain, and stand [interlined one word:] my established
20 last Will and Testament, Signed with my Hand, sealed, with my
21 Seal this Fifteeth Day of May One Thousand Seven Hundred
22 and Ninety nine
