1 This is the last Will and Testament of me
2 Sarah Issard of the Village and Parish of Trefeglwys in the
3 County of Montgomery Widow, I give and devise unto my Son in Law
4 The Reverend James Morgan of the Village of Trefeglwys aforesaid Clerk
5 All that my Messuage or Tenement Farm and Lands with the
6 Allotments of Common and Appuretences thereto belonging commonly
7 called and known by the name of The Village Farm situate lying
8 and being in the Parish of Trefeglwys aforesaid and now in the
9 occupation of the said James Morgan Also All those my two
10 Messuages or Dwelling Houses erected and built on part of the before
11 mentioned premises called Stone Bridge situate in the said
12 Parish of Trefeglwys and now in the occupation of Maurice
13 Davies and Susan Evans And also All other my real
14 Estate whatsoever and weresoever in the Parish of Trefeglwys
15 aforesaid or elsewhere in the said County of Montgomery of which
16 I am now or at the time of my decease shall be possessed or
17 entitled to in any manner To hold all and singular the
18 said Hereditaments and real Estate with the appurtenances
19 unto and to the use of the said James Morgan his Heirs and
20 Assigns for ever Subject nevertheless to the present Mortgage or any
21 other incombrance affecting the same And I do hereby
22 constitute and appoint the said James Morgan Executor
23 and residuary Segatee of this my last Will and Testament hereby
24 revoking and making void all former and other Will and Wills
25 by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this to be my
26 last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto
27 set my hand and seal this Twentieth day of June in the year
28 of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven.-

44 On the sixteenth day of June, in the year of our Lord,
45 One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Nine, the
46 within written Will was insinuated, proved, approved
47 and in common form of law decreed valid, and
48 administration granted to the within named Exeuctor,
49 James Morgan, he being part sworn in common form of law,
50 and that the whole of the goods, chattels and credits
51 of the said deceased do not amount in value to
52 Twenty Pounds,

64 IN THE CONSISTORY COURT OF BANGOR.

65 Appeared personally James Morgan, Clerk, Vicar
66 of Trefeglwys, in the County of Montgomery
67 The Sole

68 Executor named in the last Will and Testament of Sarah Issard,
69 late of the Village of Trefeglwys aforesaid, Widow,
70 deceased
71 and made Oath that the said Deceased died on or about the sixth day
72 of December One thousand eight hundred and forty
73 That he hath made diligent search and due enquiry after and in respect of
74 the Personal Estate and Effects of the said Deceased, in order to ascertain the
75 full amount and value thereof. And that the whole of the Goods, Chattels and
76 Credits of which the said Deceased died possessed within the Diocese of Bangor,
77 (exclusive of what the said Deceased may have been possessed of, or entitled to
78 as Trustee for any other person or persons, and not beneficially, but including
79 the leasehold Estate for years of the said Deceased, whether absolute or determin-
80 able on the life or lives, and without deducting any thing on account of debts due
81 and owing from the said Deceased,) are under the value of

83 Pounds to the
84 best of this Deponent’s knowledge information and belief. And this Depo-
85 nent further saith that the said Deceased had no Personal Estate and Effects
86 at the time of of her decease, within any other Diocese to which this Deponent
87 need to Administer
