1 This is the last Will and Testament of me
2 David Jones of Bellan in the Parish of Trefeglwys
3 in the County of Montgomery Farmer – I give and
4 bequeath All my personal estate whatsoever and
5 wheresoever unto my beloved wife Margaret Jones and
6 my Son John Jones absolutely share and share alike
7 Subject to payment by them of my just Debts funeral
8 and Testamentary expenses; and I recommend my Brother
9 Richard to their notice trusting they will not allow him
10 to be in want – I appoint my said Wife Margaret
11 and my said Son John to be Executrix and Executor of
12 this my Will hereby revoking all other Wills – In
13 Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this
14 twenty eighth day of October One thousand eight hundred
15 and forty six

22 his request in his presence and in the
23 presence of each other have subscribed

28 On the Fourteenth day of November in the year of our Lord
29 One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Six, the within written
30 Will was insinuated, proved, approved, and in common form
31 of law decreed valid, and Administration granted to the
32 written named Executrix and Executor, Margaret Jones and
33 John Jones, they being first sworn in common form of law, and
34 that the whole of the goods, chattels, and credits of the said
36 deceased, do not amount in value to One Hundred Pounds.
