1 In the Name of God Amen.

2 I John Davies of Cefn-y-frydd in the parish of
3 Tref-Eglwys in the County of Montgomery and Diocese of Bangor,
4 do make this my last Will and Testament, in Manner and form
5 following, that is to say

6 Trust, I order my Executrix herein after named, to pay all my
7 Debts and Funeral Expenses

8 I give and bequeath unto my five Sons, William,
9 David John Evan and Rober, to each of them the Sum of
10 Ten pounds, to be paid unto them, within the Space of
11 Twelve Months after my Decease, the said Sums to be paid
12 unto them by my Executrix

13 I likewise give and bequeath unto my Daughter Ann Jones
14 the Sum of Two Shillings and Six-pence

15 I likewise give and bequeath unto my Daughter Jane Davies
16 the Sum of Two Shillings and Six-pence

17 All the Rest of my Goods, Money, Bills, Bonds, Chattels,
18 and Credits, and all which belong and appertain to me, by Claim
19 or Title, I give Demise and bequeath unto Ann my beloved Wife,
20 whom I ordain and appoint, sole Executrix of this my last
21 Will and Testament. In Witness to the same I have
22 hereunto set my Hand and Seal, this third Day of March in the
23 year of our Lord, One Thousand, Eight Hundred and Eleven

30 On the 12th Day of May in the year of
31 Our Lord 1812 the within written Will
32 was insinuated proved approved and in
33 common form of Law decreed valid and
34 administration granted to the within named
35 Executrix Anne Davies she being first
36 sworn in common form of Law and that
37 the whole of the goods chattels and credits of
38 the said deceased do not amount in value
39 to two hundred pounds
