1 This is the Last Will and Testament of me
2 Mary Evans of Glanyrafon in the Parish of Trefeglwys in
3 the County of Montgomery Widow First I desire my Executor
4 hereinafter named to pay all my Just Debts Funeral Expenses
5 and the Expenses of Proving this my Will afte payment of
6 my Just Debts Funeral Expenses and the Expenses of Proving
7 this my Will. I give and bequeath unto my three Daughters
8 namely Elizabeth Hughes Mary Thomas and Sarah Bennett
9 All my wearing Apparel to be equally divided between them
10 share and share alike. I also give and bequeath to my
11 Daughter Sarah Bennett all my ready Money Securities
12 for money and if any of the Legacy bequeathed by the Will of
13 my late Husband Richard Evans shall be due and unpaid
14 by my Guardian Richard Evans of Esgarieth at the time
15 of my decease I hereby give full power and authority to
16 my said Daughter Sarah Bennett whom I appoint Executrix
17 to demand the same immediately after my death. And as
18 to my Household Goods and Furniture Plate Linen and China
19 and all the rest resideu and remainder of my personal
20 Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or
21 kindsoever the same may be I give and bequeath the same in
22 and every part thereof unto my Daughter Sarah Bennett
23 (Wife of Nicholas Bennett of Glanyrafon aforesaid Gentleman
24 her Executors Administrators and Assigns) And I direct that
25 the same shall be for her own seperate use and not subject or
26 liable to the Debts Controoul or engagements of her present
27 or any Future Husband. And I do hereby nominate
28 constitute and appoint my said Daughter Sarah Bennett sole
29 executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby
30 revoking all former and other Wills and Testaments
31 by me at any time heretofre made. In Witness

32 Where I the said Mary Evans the Testatrix have hereunto
33 set my hand and Seal this fourth Day of April in the year of
34 our Lord One thousand eight hundred and Thirty one.

48 insinuated, proved, approved, and in
49 common form of Law decreed Valid, and
50 Administration granted to the within named

52 sworn in common form of Law, … their
53 the whole of the Goods, Chattels, and Credits of
54 the said deceased, .. not amount in value to
55 one hundred pounds
