10 This is the last Will and Testament
11 of me
13 Garner Jones of Goetref in the Parish of Trefeglwys in the County of Montgomery
14 being of disposing mind memory and understanding – First I give and devise to
15 my neice Elizabeth Owens her sister who lives with my Brother Thomas the sum of
16 Five pounds The whole rest and residue of all my personal estate weresoever and
17 whatever I give to my Brother Richard, and I do hereby make ordain constitute
18 and appoint my said Brother Richard, the Executor of this my last Will
19 and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills heretofore made by me
20 In witness whereof I have to this my last Will and testament, set and subscribed
21 my hand and seal this Nineteenth day of April One Thousand Eight Hundred
22 and Fifty Seven.

34 On the elevenith day of May in the Year of our Lord 1857 the within
35 written Will was insinnated, proved, approved, and in common
36 form of law decreed valid, and Administration granted to
37 the within named Executor Richard Jones, he being first sworn
38 in common form of Law, and that the whole of the goods,
39 chattels, and credits of the said deceased do not amount
40 in value to £100
