1 In the name of God Amen I Margaret Bennett
2 late of Tycoch near Llawyrglyn in the Parish of
3 Trefeglwys and County of Montgomery now residing
4 at Finnant in the said Parish and County
5 aforesaid Widow do make this my last Will and
6 Testament in manner and Form Following that is
7 to say First I order my Executor hereafter named
8 to pay all my debts Funeral Expenses and the
9 proveing of this my Will
10 I likewise give and bequeath unto my Nephew
11 Evan Evans of Clap in the said Parish of Trefeglwys
12 the Sum of Twenty Pounds to be paid unto him by
13 my Executor at the Expiration of Twelve Months
14 after my decease
15 I likewise give and bequeath unto Jane Evans Daughter
16 of my said Nephew Evan Evans of Clap the Sum of
17 Twenty Pounds to be paid unnto her by my Executor
18 at the Expiration of Twelve months after my decease
19 and likewise I give and bequeath unto the said
20 Jane Evans my Chest and drawrs my Corner Cupbord
21 and small Table my Close Stool and my Bed Stead
22 Feather Bed and Bed Clothes which articles are now
23 at Finnant and likewise the whole of my House hold
24 Furniture which are now keeping at Clap
25 I likewise give and bequeath unto Sarah Bennett
26 wife of Richard Bennett of Derwllwydion the Sum
27 of Ten Pounds to be paid unto her by my Executor

28 at the Expiration of Twelve Months after my decease
29 I likewise give and bequeath unto my Nephew
30 Thomas Evans of Finnant my block and Case
31 I likewise give and bequeath unto Mary Evans
32 wife of my said Nephew Thomas Evans the Sum
33 of Five Pounds to be paid by my Executor at the
34 Expiration of Twelve Months after my decease
35 likewise give and bequeath all the rest residue and
36 Remainder of my Money Bills Bonds Goods Chattels
37 and Credits and whatsoever besides which belong
38 or appertain to my be claim or Title unto my
39 Brother Evan Evans of Finnant which I now appoin
40 constitute and ordain to be my sole Executor of this
41 my last Will and Testament and I do Disannul
42 Revoke and make Void all other Will or Wills made
43 by me as hereafore and allow this to be my only and last
45 Will and Testament in Witness to the same I have
46 hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty second day
47 of October one Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty one

58 On the third day of July in the Year of our Lord, one Thousand
59 Eight Hundred and Forty Three, the within written will was
60 .is..ated proved, approved , and in common form of law decreed
61 valid, and administration granted to the within named
62 Executor Evan Evans, he being first sworn in common
63 form of law, and that the whole of the goods, chattels and
64 credits of the said deceased do not amount in value
65 to £300, Before me
